It is suitable for most free-flowing powders, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) powders, probiotics, meal replacement powders, milk powder, coffee powder, milk tea powder, seasonings, facial mask powders, bath salts, fine chemical powders, and powdered pesticides.
For powders that are prone to dusting or moisture absorption, or have poor flowability, we recommend sending samples for testing; we will then configure the appropriate metering system—such as a long auger, a short auger, or a short auger combined with a material-flicking mechanism—to suit the specific material.
The metering range typically covers 1–70g, with some models expandable to 100ml, depending on the specific auger specifications and bag dimensions.
Yes. The bag length ranges from 50 to 180 mm, and the width from 25 to 110 mm (depending on the machine model). Supported cut styles include straight cut, serrated cut, rounded corner cut, and special-shape cut.
Powder and granules require different metering methods. This machine is primarily designed for powder; if you also need to process small granules, the metering unit must be replaced and re-tested. We recommend clarifying the material characteristics before selecting a model.
