A rinsing filling capping machine integrates three main processes:
- Bottle rinsing
- Liquid filling
- Bottle capping
Empty bottles enter the machine automatically. They are rinsed first, filled with the required amount of liquid, and then capped.

Bottle Rinsing
The bottles are turned upside down and rinsed to remove dust and other particles.
Liquid Filling
The filling system adds a controlled amount of liquid to each bottle. Filling parameters can be adjusted.
Bottle Capping
The cap is placed and tightened automatically. This reduces manual work and helps provide a consistent seal.
